Case: I tested a new Pumpgun on PC. After installation I tried. Works fine.

v. Dont install 1234567890 at in one case or y'all wont know which modern causes problems and crashes.

6. At that place are TXD files that tin't exist opened with TXD viewer applications, because of unknown problems.

3. Installation

If y'all want to add new cars, you demand to supplant the .dff and .txd inside oldveh_unc.img.

If you want to change buldings txd'due south supplant the files within gta3_unc.img.

Befor you mod anything, brand a fill-in of all files or y'all have to delete files and have to re-download them.

Now allow's start with modding.

Step 1:

Download IMG Tool 2.0.

Download the Mod : For an example I apply Pegeot 306 Mexican Taxi to replace the Taxi.

Open oldveh_unc.img with IMG Tool 2.0 and supercede taxi.dff and taxi.txd.

Later this, rebuild the annal with: Commands -> Rebuild Archive.

Step iv:

Get out IMG Tool and copy oldveh_unc.dir and oldveh_unc.img to e.g.: Figurer\GT-I9100\Phone\Android\data\com.rockstar.gta3\files\GTA3\models.

Step five:

Copy handling.cfg from e.grand.: Computer\GT-I9100\Phone\Android\information\com.rockstar.gta3\files\One thousand TA3\data to your Desktop.

Stride 6:

Open handling.cfg with a Texteditor. Replace the lines in the treatment.cfg with the i from the readme file.

Footstep 7:

Re-create treatment.cfg to e.g.: Estimator\GT-I9100\Phone\Android\data\com.rockstar.gta3\files\Thousand TA3\information.

Step 8:

Get-go GTA Three and have fun ( if it works )

4. FAQ

Q: When I start GTA III i get a blackness screen.
A1: Minimize GTA 3 and then return into the game.
A2: Kill GTA III process with Task-Director and restart GTA III.

Q: GTA Three freezes at the loadingscreen.
A: The Mod y'all installed won't work on Android. Install your backups.

Q: I become this error Bulletin when i try to open oldveh_unc.img:
Unable to discover oldveh_unc.dir
A: If you try to open a file that is on your mobile phone, your computer copies that file into a temp directory. He only copies the .img, not the .dir file. Repeat Stride 2 above.

Q: The game is very laggy.
A: Effort deleting the Sound files. Don't forget to backup.

Q: The game crashes sometimes.

A: The mods on the cyberspace are non optimized for GTA III Android.
